Operational Assessments
KCG’s assessments provide organizations with an objective understanding of their current state of operations, along with recommended improvement opportunities, cost/benefit analyses, a thorough action plan, and a documented timeframe to execute the plan. We help develop process controls to ensure that our improvements remain even after our engagement has concluded.
Focusing on a high-level review of the organization, its people and its performance goals, our work is filtered through the lens of the executive – be it the Chair of the Board, the CEO, or the entrepreneurial owner. In conducting the assessment, we will speak directly with staff, customers, and even competitors, to ensure that we understand the current impediments as well as garnish sufficient insight to develop actionable plans. The resulting plan will drive meaningful organizational change and ultimately achieve desired performance results.
During the project, KCG will examine staffing structure, budget preparation, systems and procedures, purchasing, cash management, criteria for board and administrative financial reports, communication, and more.
