Glenn DeBiasi
Glenn DeBiasi is Director of Human Capital Consulting with KCG, working in areas such as succession planning, executive selection, human capital planning, and talent management. He is also President of LeaderFit, where he performs executive assessments, coaching and development.
Prior to his current roles, DeBiasi was one of the top executives with Alex Lee, Inc. (ALI), a privately-held, $2.8B, 10,000 employee holding company. At ALI, he served as Corporate Vice President of Human Resources, with responsibilities for a retail supermarket company, wholesale food distributor, and foodservice distributor . DeBiasi’s professional background also includes his work as Director of Management Development for the Pizza Hut division of PepsiCo where he led a team of Ph.D.-level psychologists, ensuring the management talent for the 55,000 person division. Additionally DeBiasi was an executive with what is now the Sentara Health System, serving as Director of Management and Organization Development, and later as Director of Human Resources for Norfolk General Hospital, a large tertiary-care hospital associated with the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
A community leader, DeBiasi has served as President of the Board of Directors for the Catawba Science Center, as a member of the Board of Directors of Frye Regional Medical Center (a Tenet hospital), and leading a Chamber of Commerce effort with public school systems.
DeBiasi earned a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Michigan State University and has participated in educational programs at Stanford, Harvard, and the University of Michigan. He also carries the SPHR certification. He taught graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior at Old Dominion University and while in the Ph.D. program at Michigan State University.
